Lewis White graduated from McMurry University with a
B.A. in Political Science and obtained his J.D at Thurgood
Marshall School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Mr. White went to work
for Legal Aid where he specialized in divorces and child
custody issues. Mr. White went on from Legal Aid to
pursue a career as a prosecutor. Mr. White was a Chief
Juvenile prosecutor, Chief misdemeanor prosecutor and
also a drug prosecutor. Mr. White has tried to a jury a
range of misdemeanor, juvenile and felony cases.
Mr. White is currently a member of Texas Criminal Defense
Lawyers Association (TCDLA), Tarrant County Criminal
Defense Association, Dallas Black Chamber of
Commmerce, Safer Dallas Better Dallas and Texas Young
Lawyers Association (TYLA). Mr. White is a Former District
Director for Texas Young Lawyer Associations . He has
served as president of the Ector County Young Lawyer
Association and president for the Fort Bend County
Young Lawyer Association (FYBLA).
